    Corrections Corporation of America is the nation's largest owner and operator of
privatized correctional and detention facilities and one of the largest prison operators
in the United States, behind only the federal government and three states. For fourth
quarter, the company reported Net Income of $45.4 million, or $0.45 per diluted share,
on Revenues of $436.8 million and net margins of 10.4%. For full year 2012, Net Income
was $156.7 million, or $1.56 per diluted share, on Revenues of $1.75 billion and net
