EVRY ASA operates a Long Term Incentive Program for key employees. As part of this program, the
following employees have purchased shares;

CEO Terje Mjøs has purchased 72.015 shares, and following this transaction owns 468.207 shares.

CFO Eli Giske has purchased 20 028 shares, and following this transaction owns 106.619 shares.

EVP Knut Aasrud has purchased 35.034 shares, and following this transaction owns 35.034 shares.

EVP Wiljar I. Nesse has purchased 23.356 shares, and following this transaction owns 91.564
shares.

EVP Håvard Larsen has purchased 20.437 shares, and following this transaction owns 76.279 shares.

EVP Niclas Ekblad has purchased 29.376 shares, and following this transaction owns 126.010 shares.

SVP Morten Søgård has purchased 21.021 shares, and following this transaction owns 65.546 shares.

     
All the purchases were carried out at a price of NOK 8.563 per share.
