CraveOnline`s Debut at SXSW Will Benefit Common Threadz, a Non-Profit
Organization Helping Disadvantaged Children and Rural Villages in the Developing
World

lifestyle publisher, announced today the upcoming CraveOnline South by Southwest
Music Showcase, hosted in partnership with Marshall Headphones. Located in the
heart of the city at Rusty`s Austin, the free showcase will be held on
Wednesday, March 13 from 12:30pm - 6pm, and 8pm - 2am. 

Guests at both day and nighttime parties will experience a combination of music
and art throughout the various bars at Rusty`s, while bands play on one of three
separate stages. Confirmed performers include Eagles of Death Metal, Alain
Johannes,A Silent Film, Reignwolf, My Goodness, Low Volt, Herbert Bail
Orchestra, Blondfire, The Mowglis, The Rocket Boys, and Turbogeist. 

Additionally, CraveOnline has joined with Design By Humans-a community where
artists and t-shirt lovers can create and purchase specialty t-shirts-for an
online design contest where participants will use the topic, "What Do You
Crave?" to design a totally unique shirt. Contestants have now submitted their
entries at DesignByHumans.com and two winners will be selected and flown to
Austin during SXSW to compete in a head-to-head design battle live at
Rusty`s-all documented through CraveOnline`s video coverage. The winner will be
announced at the evening event, rewarded $3000 in prize money, and see their
design brought to life.
