industry, has hired Joseph Wilds to the position of Senior Vice
President. Wilds will be responsible for growing the FJA consulting
practice, for business development, and for overall team leadership.

years at Cambia Health Solutions, holding the positions of CEO, Regence
Life and Health -- and Vice President of Marketing, Regence Blue Cross
Blue Shield -- in which he helped increase annual revenues and led the
direction of the entire group.

    Wilds holds an MBA from Washington State University and is involved in
many organizations, including The Children's Home Society of Washington
and the Board of Trustees at Root Whole Body Health.
