WASHINGTON, March 20 (Reuters) - The chairman of the U.S. House of Representatives Appropriations Committee said he has no objections to the provisions in a government funding bill passed by the Senate on Wednesday and that he believes it can win House approval with no further changes.

"It's a great success," Republican Hal Rogers told reporters after the Senate vote, adding that he expected a House vote on the measure on Thursday.
