James A. Meyer Joins Wells Fargo Commercial Banking As Loan Team Leader in Milwaukee

Since 2008, Meyer had been managing director and division head of The PrivateBank in Milwaukee. He began his commercial banking career as a middle market relationship manager for Bank One (now JPMorgan Chase) in Milwaukee. Meyer moved to Cincinnati for an opportunity with StarBank and then returned to Milwaukee for Firstar (now US Bank), where he worked in capital markets, corporate banking, and middle market lending. He then joined LaSalle Bank in 1998 and served in a leadership role for nearly a decade, including division head. "Jim Meyer brings more than three decades of experience - including multibank financing, buyout financing, recapitalizations, and other strategic capital structuring - to our local customers," said Gina Alberts Peter, the Milwaukee-based regional manager for Wells Fargo Commercial Banking in Wisconsin and upper Michigan.
