Bri-Chem Opens New Texas, USA Based Drilling Fluids Warehouse

EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - March 27, 2013) - Bri-Chem Corp. ("Bri-Chem"
or "Company") (TSX:BRY) a leading North American wholesale distributor and
manufacturer of oil and gas drilling fluids and steel pipe is pleased to
announce that it has further expanded its footprint in the USA drilling fluids
market by adding a new strategically located warehouse for distribution of
drilling fluid products and stimulation additives in Big Spring, Texas. The
new location is situated 45 minutes east of Midland, Texas off of Interstate
20 and is located in the yard of Bri-Chem's transportation partner who will
handle delivery of their drilling fluid products. The drilling activity that
Bri-Chem is targeting to service with the new location is within the Cline
formation in Texas, which lies inside the borders of the Permian Basin. The
Company has also closed and moved out of its Ulster, Pennsylvania warehouse as
drilling activity has shifted to the central and southern part of the state
and can now be serviced out of its Leetsdale, Pennsylvania warehouse.
