Rostelecom board approves Kalugin as new CEO

MOSCOW, March 27 (Reuters) - The board of Russian state-controlled telecoms operator Rostelecom has approved Sergei Kalugin as the new chief executive officer, replacing Alexander Provotorov, a company spokeswoman said on Wednesday. (Reporting by Maria Kiselyova; editing by Megan Davies)
