DENVER,  April 1, 2013  /PRNewswire/ -- M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: MDC) will
release its 2013 first quarter earnings before market open on  Thursday, May 2,
2013. MDC will host a teleconference the same day at  12:30 pm ET. The live
