Green Innovations Subsidiary Finalizes Agreement to Acquire the Worldwide Rights to Clearly Herbal Brand Trademarks

MIAMI,  April 5, 2013  /PRNewswire/ -- Green Innovations Ltd. (OTCQB: GNIN)
(OTCBB: GNIN) ("Green Innovations" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that
its wholly-owned subsidiary, Green Hygienics, Inc. ("Green Hygienics"), has
finalized an agreement to acquire the worldwide rights to the Clearly Herbal
brand trademarks.    

Under terms of the agreement between Green Hygienics and Clearly Herbal
International ("CHI"), Green Hygienics will acquire a 100% interest in the
worldwide rights to the Clearly Herbal brand trademarks.  In addition, Green
Hygienics and CHI will execute a licensing agreement providing CHI the exclusive
use of the Clearly Herbal trademarks within the  United Kingdom.
