the first quarter ended March 31, 2013, after the market closes on Thursday, May
2, 2013. AIG`s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q, press release, and financial
supplement will be available in the Investors section of AIG`s website at

AIG will also host a conference call on Friday, May 3, 2013, at 8:00 a.m. ET to
review these results. The call is open to the public and can be accessed via a
