Acadia Realty Trust (NYSE: AKR), announced today details for the Company`s 2013
annual shareholder meeting. 

Acadia`s Board of Trustees has set the meeting date for Wednesday, May 15, 2013
at 1:00 pm EDT. This year`s annual shareholder meeting will be a "virtual
meeting" whereby shareholders will be able to attend, vote and submit their
questions via live webcast by visiting www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/AKR.
