New Active Ingredient Helps Improve Moisture Retention Levels in Personal Care
LEHIGH VALLEY, Pa.,  April 9, 2013  /PRNewswire/ -- Air Products (NYSE: APD)
will launch its new Dermohydrine cellular active at next week's In-Cosmetics
2013 in  Paris. Dermohydrine cellular active provides personal care formulators
with an effective, high-performing moisturizing solution that can meet the
natural ingredient demands of today's consumers.   

Dermohydrine cellular active is the newest addition to Air Products' high
performing ROVI cosmetic active ingredient portfolio. These ingredients utilize
advanced and multi-faced delivery technologies to address defined and
consumer-desired performance attributes. Product families within this portfolio
include Cellular Actives, ROVISOME, CERASOME, and Nanosome cosmetic active

Dermohydrine cellular active provides natural extracts to enhance the moisture
retention levels of the skin. In vivo panel tests demonstrated excellent
improvement in the hydration level of the skin. This improvement was generally
as good as that provided by traditional, expensive high-performing moisturizers
like hyaluronic acid. In addition, Dermohydrine cellular active is a natural
