IRVING, Texas--(Business Wire)--
Taleris, a joint venture between GE Aviation and Accenture, today announced the
opening of its headquarters facility in Irving, Texas. The Honorable Beth Van
Duyne, Mayor of Irving and Taleris President Norm Baker officially opened the
facility today along with City of Irving officials and Taleris directors from
parent companies GE Aviation and Accenture.

"Taleris is proud to be a part of the Irving community and we look forward to
growing our business here," said Norm Baker, president & CEO of Taleris. "We are
fortunate to have two strong and innovative parent companies in GE Aviation and
Accenture."

The Taleris facility is located at 6031 Connection Drive, Suite 700 in Irving,
Texas and will occupy approximately 28,000 square feet. The company anticipates
employing about 100 people within the first year.

"Taleris is an impressive addition to Irving`s roster of high tech companies,"
said Irving Mayor Beth Van Duyne. "I`m confident management and employees will
find Irving`s amenities and our deep pool of talent from which to choose
favorable to building a successful future. We look forward to forging a
long-term relationship."

"Taleris will use intelligent operations technology and services to help
commercial operators manage their maintenance, planning, recovery and flight
operations more efficiently," added Baker. "Unscheduled maintenance, delays and
