Ameren Corporation First Quarter 2013 Earnings Webcast May 2, 2013

ST. LOUIS, Apr. 25, 2013 - Thomas R. Voss, chairman, president and CEO of Ameren Corp. (NYSE:AEE), will join Martin J. Lyons, executive vice president and CFO of Ameren Corp., to discuss first quarter 2013 earnings and other matters related to the company in a conference call with financial analysts on Thursday, May 2, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (9:00 a.m. Central Time).
 
The call will be broadcast live over the Internet at Ameren.com. Supporting materials for the call will be posted in the Investors/Webcasts and Presentations area of Ameren's website. A replay of the webcast will be available for one year beginning approximately one hour after the close of the call.
 
Ameren Corporation serves 2.4 million electric customers and more than 900,000 natural gas customers in a 64,000-square-mile area through our Ameren Missouri and Ameren Illinois rate-regulated utility subsidiaries. Ameren Illinois provides electric and natural gas delivery service while Ameren Missouri provides vertically integrated electric service, with generating capacity of 10,300 megawatts, and natural gas delivery service.
