Valero Energy Corporation Declares Regular Cash Dividend on Common Stock

SAN ANTONIO, May 1, 2013 - The Board of Directors of Valero Energy Corporation (NYSE:VLO) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on the company's common stock of $0.20 per share.  The dividend is payable on June 19, 2013 to holders of record at the close of business on May 22, 2013.
