Leasing office now open, first move-ins expected in mid-May

Resmark Apartment Living, a division of The Resmark Companies, announced today that it has acquired the interests of its former joint venture partner Archstone, and now wholly owns a new 157-unit community offering superior rental residences in Santa Clarita, California, newly renamed The Townhomes at Lost Canyon. The leasing office for this highly anticipated community opened April 29.

Set on approximately 12.5 acres at the corner of Lost Canyon Road and Via Princessa, The Townhomes at Lost Canyon are adjacent to the prestigious Fair Oaks Ranch master planned community. The location offers easy access to Interstate 5, one of the region’s major transportation corridors, and the Via Princessa Metrolink Station, both providing connections to the area’s major business centers in the San Fernando Valley and Los Angeles. The Santa Clarita Valley itself is a thriving job center with film production, high-tech and biomedical companies among the major employers. Its substantial population has attracted many restaurants and retailers. The Townhomes at Lost Canyon is close to many shopping, dining and entertainment options including the nearby Golden Valley Plaza shopping center, as well as Santa Clarita’s multitude of parks and recreation areas.

Designed to complement the adjacent single-family neighborhoods, The Townhomes at Lost Canyon include spacious indoor and outdoor living spaces set amid abundant landscaped open space ideal for enjoying the temperate Southern California climate. Construction of the Townhomes at Lost Canyon began in February 2012. Resmark completed development of the project and has retained Lincoln Property Company to manage the community.
