Höegh LNG - Share capital increase registered
Reference is made to the release published on 24 May 2013 regarding the decision to issue 7,536 new shares as part remuneration for services rendered by members of the Board of Directors.
The new shares have now been issued and registered in the Norwegian central securities depository, Verdipapirsentralen ASA.
Following this registration, the registered share capital is USD 698,930.55. The new number of issued shares is 69,893,055, each with a par value of USD 0.01.
