Copley Retention Completes Series A Financing Led by Mark Cuban

Company now rolling out its “Copley Square” student success platform and high impact retention practices nationally to colleges and universities

Copley Retention Systems Inc., a leading provider of student retention and success systems, announced completion of its Series A financing led by Mark Cuban. Other participants include Tom DiBenedetto, who increased his stake, and Copley founders.

Copley Retention deploys high impact practices with proven learning tools via its Student Engagement Platform with smartphone apps and face-to-face video rooms.

“Copley Square” has been implemented in (19) nineteen campus locations where students had previously experienced high incompletion/failure rates. Copley’s “Enhanced FLIP Learning with Proactive Tutoring” facilitated impressive completion rates and significant grade increases.

Higher Education is going through a massive digital transformation and student drop-out is one of the largest problems facing institutions today. I have been following Copley’s efforts for the past six months and have seen the dramatic effects that Copley’s student success technology and learning methods have had on its participants.” said Mark Cuban

Keith Clougherty, Copley Retention Systems President and CEO added “We have been refining our retention methods at colleges and universities for the past two plus years. We will now roll out to more institutions and continue developing and implementing cutting edge learning technologies.”
