FRANKFURT Nov 9 (Reuters) - German retailer Rewe will invest 1.5 billion euros ($2 billion) to revamp its German stores and expand its internet offering, Chief Executive Alain Caparros told Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung.
