Argentina says Kicillof to become economy minister

BUENOS AIRES Nov 18 (Reuters) - Argentina's deputy economy minister, Axel Kicillof, has been promoted to economy minister, government spokesman Alfredo Scoccimarro said on Monday.

Kicillof burst onto the national stage last year as a key figure in the government's seizure of the country's main energy company YPF.
