Deal reached on Illinois pensions -legislative spokeswoman

CHICAGO Nov 27 (Reuters) - Illinois legislative leaders have reached a deal on "comprehensive" reforms for the state's underfunded public pensions, a spokeswoman for Senate Republicans said on Wednesday.

Patty Schuh, the spokeswoman, said the deal will be presented to the Republican and Democratic caucuses in the House and Senate ahead of a legislative session scheduled for Tuesday.
