S&P raises North Dakota's issuer credit rating to AAA
Dec 13 (Reuters) - Standard & Poor's Ratings Services on Friday said it raised North Dakota's issuer credit rating to AAA from AA-plus, citing the state's strong financial performance and position.
The outlook is stable.
The higher rating also reflects the state's strong economic metrics and low debt, the rating agency said in a statement.
The stable outlook reflects North Dakota's strong government framework and management, strong budgetary performance and enhanced reserves.
