U.S. judge recommends dismissal of U.S. lawsuit against BofA

NEW YORK, March 27 (Reuters) - A U.S. magistrate judge recommended dismissal of a lawsuit against Bank of America Corp over $850 million in mortgage debt, according to a court filing.
