Brazil may raise 2015 fiscal goal if economy improves-Mantega

BRASILIA, April 15 (Reuters) - The Brazilian government could increase its 2015 primary surplus goal to 2.5 percent from 2 percent of GDP if the economy picks up speed that year, Finance Minister Guido Mantega said on Tuesday.
