China needs to find right speed for reforms - vice premier

BEIJING, July 9 (Reuters) - China needs to find the right speed for carrying out extensive financial reforms, Chinese Vice Premier Wang Yang said on Wednesday at an annual high-level dialogue between the United States and China.
