Mexico's Mexichem says to buy plastic maker Vestolit for $293 mln

MEXICO CITY Aug 5 (Reuters) - Mexico's Mexichem said on Tuesday it had signed a deal to buy Germany-based Vestolit, a maker of durable plastics used for windows floorings and pipes, for 219 million euros ($293.09 million). ($1 = 0.7472 Euros) (Reporting by Christine Murray)
