Home Depot names Craig Menear CEO

Aug 21 (Reuters) - Home Depot Inc named Craig Menear its chief executive, replacing Frank Blake, who will stay on as chairman.

The appointment of Menear, a retail industry veteran and president of Home Depot's U.S. retail business, is effective Nov. 1, the company said in a statement. (Reporting by Siddharth Cavale in Bangalore)
