Nov 3 (Reuters) - JP Morgan Chase Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland and the Varde Fund IX LP were among five creditors of bankrupt commercial real estate company Capmark Financial [CPFNG.UL] named to the official committee of unsecured creditors, court filings showed.

The U.S. Trustee overseeing bankruptcy cases in Delaware filed papers on Monday listing the group that will represent unsecured creditors during Capmark's bankruptcy.

The other two creditors named to the committee include Law Debenture Trust of New York as indenture trustee and Wilmington Trust FSB which represents noteholders.

Capmark was created in March of 2006 through a leveraged buyout of the commercial real estate assets of General Motors' [GM.UL] finance arm GMAC.

It filed for protection from creditors on Oct. 25 citing a lack of available capital.

The case is in re: Capmark Financial Group, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Delaware, No. 09-13684. (Reporting by Santosh Nadgir in Bangalore; Editing by Anil D'Silva)
