IAC's Diller doubts future interest in AOL
NEW YORK, Feb 6 (Reuters) - IAC/InterActiveCorp (IACI.O) Chairman Barry Diller said on Wednesday it was doubtful the company would be interested if Time Warner Inc (TWX.N) put its Internet division AOL up for sale, despite past inquiries into buying the unit.
"I don't really feel the same way now," Diller said on a conference call with analysts. "If AOL came down in price to something ridiculous, we probably would look at it. I just doubt we have very much interest in it."
Time Warner said on Wednesday it was working on splitting AOL's audience and access businesses and running the two as independent entities. (Reporting by Michele Gershberg, editing by Maureen Bavdek)
