CANNES, France (Reuters) - The 2008 Cannes film festival closes on Sunday with an awards ceremony where the prizes, including the coveted Palme d'Or for best picture, are handed out.

Martina Gusman portrays a pregnant woman jailed for murder whose life is transformed by her son.

- WALTZ WITH BASHIR, Ari Folman, Israel

Animated documentary exploring Folman's memories of 1982 massacre of Palestinians in Beirut's Sabra and Shatila camps.
