NYMEX crude rises to new record at $144.34

SINGAPORE (Reuters) - Oil hit fresh records for the second day on Thursday, after a drop in U.S. crude inventories raised supply concerns.

NYMEX crude CLc1 rose 77 cents to $144.34 a barrel by 0039 GMT, while London Brent rose 72 cents to $144.98 a barrel.
