LONDON (Reuters) - The G20 will provide for a 200 percent capital increase for the Asian Development Bank and a review of the capital needs of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the African Development Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank, G20 leaders said in a statement on Thursday.

The plan, providing a breakdown of a broad commitment made in the main communique, supports a rise in lending of up to $300 billion by development banks over the next three years, including to low income countries.
