MOSCOW (Reuters) - Two vice-presidents of BP's (BP.L) Russian venture, TNK-BP (TNBPI.RTS), will leave in October, sources said on Tuesday, continuing an outflow of foreign managers that began during a fierce shareholder conflict.

TNK-BP announced last week that its shareholders, BP and a quartet of Russia-connected billionaires, had fully resolved a protracted dispute over strategy and development at the company, Russia's third-largest oil producer, which saw a number of foreign executives leave their posts recently.

"Yesterday there was an announcement that Tom Wright and Steve Riddlington are leaving. The reason is unknown," a source close to the company said.

Another source said that Wright, TNK-BP's executive vice president for planning and performance management, and Riddlington, the company's vice president for finance and treasury, would leave in October.

TNK-BP's press-service declined to comment.

Two key members of the oil company's senior management -- executive vice president for downstream Toni Considine and chief financial officer James Owen -- left the company earlier this year, as did a board member, Jean-Luc Vermeulen.

TNK-BP Chief Executive Robert Dudley left Russia in the summer, citing harassment, and is now to be replaced as demanded by Russian shareholders, who said he was managing the company in the interests of BP.

The British and Russian shareholders have also agreed that independent directors would join the TNK-BP boards, and that a public offering would be made of up to 20 percent of TNK-BP's stock.

One of the sources said TNK-BP's main unit, TNK-BP Holding, will hold an extraordinary shareholders' meeting in late December to re-elect the board and to add one member to the existing nine.
