HOUSTON, July 12 (Reuters) - BP Plc (BP.L) warned of planned flaring between Monday and July 24 at its 265,000 barrel per day (bpd) Los Angeles-area refinery in Carson, California, according to a notice filed Sunday with California pollution regulators.

BP has been carrying out routine maintenance for several weeks at the Carson refinery, which has had no impact on production, according to sources familiar with operations. (Reporting by Erwin Seba; Editing by Phil Berlowitz)
