Polish regulator clears lender Alior's $216 mln IPO

WARSAW, Nov 16 (Reuters) - Polish financial watchdog KNF cleared on Friday the planned initial public offer of lender Alior Bank, which is seeking to raise 700 million zlotys ($215.82 million).

Alior, which is owned by the Zaleski family through their holding company Carlo Tassara, wants to sell new and existing shares. (Reporting by Chris Borowski)
