New Issue-Altria Group sells $2.8 bln in 2 parts

AUG 6 (Reuters) - Altria Group Inc on Monday sold
$2.8 billion of senior unsecured notes in two parts, guaranteed
by Philip Morris USA Inc, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service. 
    Citigroup and JP Morgan were the active joint bookrunning
managers for the sale.
