MADRID, July 13 (Reuters) - Spanish real estate company Afirma (AFRA.MC) said on Monday it aimed to conclude the refinancing of its total debt, both a syndicated loan and other bank loans, no later than July 31.

In a filing to the Spanish stock exchange, Afirma said it had already signed a refinancing agreement with creditors on its syndicated loan.

At the end of June, the company had said it was in the process of signing deals with creditor banks to refinance about 1.4 billion euros of debt. (Reporting by Sarah Morris, editing by Clara Vilar)
