MEXICO CITY, May 2 (Reuters) - Mexican broadcaster Televisa (TV.N) (TLVACPO.MX) said on Wednesday it issued 4.5 billion pesos ($412 million) in senior notes maturing in 2037 with a coupon of 8.49 percent.
