Chavez says Honduras coup talks "dead"

CARACAS, July 10 (Reuters) - Venezuela's President Hugo Chavez said on Friday Costa Rica talks aimed at resolving the political crisis in Honduras were dead before they started, adding that the White house had made a "grave error" in calling for negotiations.
