U.S. bank 3-month funding rates at 2.7989 pct-ICAP

NEW YORK, July 11 (Reuters) - Three-month borrowing rates for U.S. banks edged up to 2.7989 percent on Friday from 2.7975 percent on Thursday, according to ICAP's New York Funding Rate.

ICAP's three-month NYFR USNYFR3M= compares with a three-month dollar-denominated London interbank offered rate USD3MFSR= of 2.79063 percent.

But ICAP's one-month NYFR USNYFR1M= dipped to 2.4618 percent from 2.4725 percent on Thursday, it said. That compares with a one-month dollar-denominated Libor rate USD1MFSR= of 2.45750 percent on Friday.
