Australia's Goodman to sell US$ long-dated bonds

 SYDNEY, June 5 (Reuters) - Australian property firm Goodman
Group (GMG.AX) plans to raise long-dated bonds in the U.S.
private placement market, three market sources said.
 NabCapital, which is tipped to arrange the offer, declined
to comment.
 Goodman was not immediately available to comment.
 The U.S. traditional private placement market is a popular
source of funds for Australian corporations looking for
long-dated debt.
 Australian steel makers BlueScope Steel Ltd (BSL.AX) and
OneSteel Ltd (OST.AX) and Australian lender Newcastle Permanent
Building Society are also looking to complete an issue in the
same market.
 Goodman Group is rated BBB+ by S&P
