Japan's Ota: Govt still eyes '11/12 primary balance

TOKYO, Sept 21 (Reuters) - Japanese Economics Minister Hiroko Ota said on Friday the government will continue to target a primary budget balance, excluding debt issuance and servicing costs, in the fiscal year ending in March 2012.

Ota was speaking after a senior ruling coalition lawmaker said this fiscal consolidation target should be reviewed.
