Coventry Health says to offer $300 mln senior notes

Aug 22 (Reuters) - U.S. health insurer Coventry Health Care Inc (CVH.N) said in a regulatory filing it plans to offer $300 million of senior notes due 2014.

Goldman Sachs & Co., Citi and J.P. Morgan are the joint book-running managers for the offer, the company said in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. (Reporting by Supantha Mukherjee in Bangalore)
