SEATTLE (Reuters) - Microsoft Corp (MSFT.O) said on Wednesday that Kevin Johnson, president of Microsoft's largest business division who spearheaded the company's pursuit of Yahoo Inc (YHOO.O), is leaving the software maker.

The company will undergo a reorganization, splitting the division that Johnson runs, platforms and services, into two separate groups, Windows/Windows Live and online services. Both groups will report to Chief Executive Steve Ballmer.

The Wall Street Journal reported that Johnson will join networking company Juniper Networks Inc JNPR.O.
