MADRID, July 3 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Friday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy:

TELEFONICA (TEF.MC)

Telefonica's Chairman Cesar Alierta declined to comment on Thursday on the group's reported interest in the sale of T-Mobile DTEG.n.DE in the UK, but repeated that the group had pledged to grow "organically and selectively," in those countries where it is already present, several newspapers said.

Citing industry sources, Expansion reported that Telefonica would only join the process if it sees that one of its rivals might buy the unit for a bargain price.
