Ummm, is this like the “reactive” US POLICE FORCE & GOVT? Supposedly they knew for years someone was going to “blow up” the world trade center, they knew an hour in advance of the supposed hijacked jet crashing into the pentagon, and even then they couldn’t stop it? Because none of us are GOD we’re supposed to believe everyone else is? I have no issues with sending a Police force in, or helping train Congo/Uguanda’s police force. What I do have an issue is sending an army into a Country under false pretenses such as everything that’s happened since 9/10/01
