Are we really worried about the salt content of chicken nuggets knowing all the other garbage they are made of?

Fortunately, for the wary in Canada, the paper they put on the trays of fast food restaurants list the ingredients (on the back). A quick, and surprising, education in which foods to avoid.

Go Canada. Listing what is in food and how much could truly go a long way to help fighting obesity in the US. I gave up eating fast food long ago. Eating while traveling in Europe is always a pleasure. Veggies and fruits are fresh and readily available on the street. Even the highway rest stops in Italy, the Autogrills, serve freshly made pasta and meats and sandwiches. When are we in the US going to finally make a move towards healthier eating for everyone?

You probably mean 520 mg of sodium otherwise that’s one salty burger! :)
