Israel kills two in strikes on Gaza as truce falters

imagine the rockets coming into israel once an attack on iran is made. the iron dome is not enough to stop them. Oh, lets’ see – civil war in Syria, spilling over into Lebanon and Turkey. Civil unrest in Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Qatar, Bahrain, egypt…..but lets bomb Iran over a bomb they may not exist and explode the entire Middle East. This will then lead to a global war. Why worry about the economy – there won’t be one after the west bombs Iran. Such a stupid action on behalf of the west.

We neither confirm nor deny that we kill innocent palestinians, only history will judge this outrageous isreali behaviour.

Israel is the only country equipped to combat attacks which come on all times on its territory. The rest of the world just watches and then condemns Israel. This is an old tale that will never end. Perhaps if everybody condemned the rocket launchers, things might just turn around.

To difficult to understand? The first responsibility of any country is to protect their citizens. And if Hamas allows/participates in the firing of missiles, the blood is on their hands, not the Israelis.

How many civilians did the US kill in Iraq? Did the Iraqis ever fire a single rocket at us?

If rockets were fired at the US from Mexico, how many dead Mexican civilians do you think there would be?

Reports US state media mouthpiece reuters…

Again Reuters falsely makes Israel look like the first attacker. Only paragraphs below does it write that Hamas fired first. israel retaliated. Reuters discriminated.

The definition of a truce for the Palestinians seems to be when they get caught initiating hostilities and militarily spanked they accept a third party brokered truce so they can regroup, rethink and redeploy for the next rocket barrage.

If civilians don’t want to be injured or killed, Don’t allow your neighbors to shoot rockets at another country from your yard…The fact that Israel attempts not to hit civilians is amazing and far to civil IMHO….I would drive these people out of Gaza once and for all!, You can’t live and let live, F-you your out!.

The Palistians in gaza better hope there is no Nuke exchange betweem Israel and Iran!, Their toast if there ever is one!….

What truce is the article talking about?

On Wednesday Hamas said that they were willing to have one but continued to send more than 130 rockets into southern Israel. This does not sound like a truce or cease fire to me.

Imagine this happening to any part of America, think about how the response would be if 150 rocket attacks happened to the area in and around San Diego. Israel has been very restrained in responding since the rockets are coming from both populated and unpopulated areas.

Should this continue, or as nemo100 wrote about the results after an attack on Iran – Israel will not be bound to protect citizens as it has and will respond as during a real war. Flattening Gaza and any other area that attacks it.

So can someone please tell me why Israel is supposed to give these Arabs who call themselves Palestinians their own country next to Israel’s capital?

Everyone knows that Israel and Palestine is locked in a futile and grotesque struggle. Get used to it, they’ve been killing each other for years now. It’s never going to change, and let’s face it, do you really give a flying f*ck if they do kill each other?
