News Corp says reports of talks with LA Times, Tribune are false

Anyone here ever hear of antitrust?

At this late stage of America and democracy being destroyed by corporate raiders and strip-miners like Sam Zell; brain-washed by Rupert Murdoch, capitalism’s own Goebbles, it is no surprise that Vultures are beginning to eat each other.

Meanwhile, the people nod, sleep or take-up right-wing causes that empower the very beasts that are devouring this country. England threw out Murdoch and charged his top lieutenants, but America welcomes and enriches him. Unless a free flow of unbiased information is disseminated by independent news agencies, democracy is dead!

This country doesn’t belong to Wall Street, Corporate America, News Corp. or echelons of wealth which have exploited and raped it. But until the average American is presented the bare facts of why they are sinking quickly into an undemocratic oligarchy engineered by the Right-wing, they will watch FOX News and believe they are defending democracy when indeed they are the enemies.

There is no question: Massive social and civil conflicts are ahead.

I hope Murdoch is successful at buying these newspapers. Would love to see him WIPE OUT the LEFT WING BIAS in those two rags. Then they could be decent newspapers with fair and balanced reporting.
